02 / The Challenge

Three tensions defined the project from the start.

01
Generic identity

Eyewear e-commerce tends to look cold or clinical and carries no brand personality.

02
Editorial vs. clarity

Communicating a strong editorial identity without losing clarity in the purchase.

03
Wide catalogue

Guiding the user through sunglasses, glasses and sports without friction or overload.

Key objectives
01
Minimalist identity
Black, white and blue living alongside strong editorial photography.
02
Clear navigation
Optimise the path through the catalogue and the product page.
03
Less friction
Simplify cart and checkout to increase conversion.
03 / The Solution

06 / User Insights

What the interviews kept repeating.

“Seeing the product on real people gives me more confidence than a mannequin.”
“I want to know quickly whether shipping is free, before I reach the payment step.”
“Comparing similar models inside the same catalogue is hard work.”
“New, best seller and discount labels help me decide faster.”
“If the order summary is always visible, I buy with more confidence.”
